4. Applications for refund requests must be made within 3 calendar months from date of purchase.
5. To make an application and obtain your refund, go to www.nioxin.com/en-GB. All applicants will be required to provide the following information on the website: name, email address, date of product purchase (from receipt), purchase value (from receipt) and bank account details.
6. Qualifying applicants will be e-mailed a free-post address label. This free-post address label will display the return address and a barcode which enables the letter to be posted without stamps. The freepost address label also covers the cost of posting the bottle. Applicants will be required to attach this free-post address label to an envelope, and enclose the original itemised receipt. The line item must appear on the itemised receipt. If itemised receipt is not available the applicant must send the NIOXIN product bottle as proof of purchase.
7. If you are claiming your refund by providing an itemised receipt it must be the original receipt. This receipt will not be returned. Photocopied, illegible or defaced receipts will not be accepted.
8. Incomplete, misdirected or late submissions will not be accepted. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed forms and /or their contents.
9. The Promoter will refund the actual purchase price paid for a maximum of 1 NIOXIN product purchased, as evidenced by the original itemised receipt provided or Nioxin product bottle referred to in clause 6 above, by transferring the amount to the bank account details provided. The maximum amount the Promoter will refund is £60.00 / €65.00.
10. The Nioxin Money Back Guarantee is limited to one product per household per year i.e. you cannot claim a refund for a second purchase of the same product unless such purchase takes place at least 12 months after receiving the first refund.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
12. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
13. This does not affect your statutory rights.
